At La Luz Property we provide a professional and informative approach to international property purchases. Our property portfolio offers a good variety of locations, covering both emerging and established property markets. We specialise in property in Morocco, Portugal's eastern Algarve and Spain's Costa Almeria, Costa de La Luz and Costa del Sol and now have some excellent new investment opportunities in Brazil, Southern Italy and Turkey.
Our policy is to offer for sale only those developments and projects that we have thoroughly researched and checked out ourselves. Our aim is to offer as much transparent and traceable information as possible on each project. We will tell you exactly how much we know about a development or developer and how much due diligence (paperwork, licences, building permissions etc) is available for each project.
We will give you our opinion on what the positives and negatives are with every development and project and we will tell you the reasons why that is our view. We will answer any questions regarding investment potential, re-sale potential, rental potential etc that you may have - and again we will give you the reasons for our view.
